Quality Assurance: We are confident in the quality of the devices we sell and the effort we put into preparing them for your enjoyment of the Vaping moment. If you have questions about our products, contact us by email or use our “1 on 1 Service” on the homepage before placing an order.

Returns and Exchanges: Generally, we only accept returns or exchanges for product defects under normal use. Our Warranty & Returns Service does not cover physical damage from misuse, dropping, etc.

Warranty & Returns Service Process:

  • Step 1: Contact our staff with the Return Authorization number (such as S/N code) and describe the problem with authentic pictures or videos. Keep any free gift(s) that came with the product(s).
  • Step 2: We'll attempt to fix the problem. If unsuccessful, we'll inform you of the Official Return Address. If you refuse to cooperate, we won't be able to issue Warranty & Returns Service.
  • Step 3: Write the Return Authorization # on the package and mail it to the correct address.
  • Step 4: Save your tracking number for refund processing if carrier issues arise.
  • Step 5: We will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund once your return is received and inspected.

Important Notices:

  1. Contact us before shipping any returns.
  2. You'll pay for your shipping costs for returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. We aren't responsible for refused or unauthorized return packages.
  4. Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
  5. Warranty & Returns Policy is void for products damaged by accident, improper handling, etc., not due to defects.
  6. Items missing manufacturer labels or parts are not acceptable for Warranty and Returns.
  7. Items missing accessories from the original box are not acceptable for Warranty and Returns.
  8. Certain countries have no Expedited Shipping Service and special shipping conditions apply. For prohibited e-cig countries, we cannot ensure customs clearance, and refunds will be limited. Note: For Netherlands airmail, refused packages cannot be retrieved, and no refund will be issued.
